Risk-management system - A continuous process applied throughout the lifecycle of a high-risk AI system to identify, analyse, evaluate, and mitigate risks to health, safety, and fundamental rights. The EU AI Act requires that ‘a risk management system shall be established, implemented, documented and maintained in relation to high-risk AI systems’. (EU AI Act, Art. 9).
